About Donnette Hancock

As the spouse of a retired military officer, a mother of five, and a former school teacher with 23 years of experience in both public and private education, I bring a unique blend of dedication, organization, and people-first service to real estate.

 

Our military career allowed us to live all over the United States and in Japan, giving me firsthand experience with frequent relocations, buying and selling nhomes, and the importance of having a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate professional by your side.

We fell in love with New Bern and Eastern North Carolina—the lifestyle, the community, and the coastal beauty—and have proudly made this area our permanent home. Locally, we have lived in both Havelock and New Bern and have bought and sold multiple homes in the area. In addition, we own several investment properties and have hands-on experience with both short-term and long-term rentals.

I have been in the real estate business for nine years and am consistently recognized as a top producer in the local MLS.
